Payment:

The payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Services will not be delivered by Annapolis Ascent or its affiliates in the event that the full payment is not received.

Preparation:

It is important that the property is prepared for the shoot. It is the client's responsibility to prepare the listing appropriately before the arrival of a photographer. In the event the home/property is not prepared, the drone shoot will be rescheduled and/or a fee will be charged.

Cancellations:

You can change or cancel the shoot dates (without penalty) no less than 24 hours before the specified shoot time. If you fail to inform us of cancellation prior to this 24-hour window directly preceding the scheduled shoot time, we will charge a cancellation fee of $75. In the event that the shoot is canceled due to inclement weather or other factors that are out of our control, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will reschedule the shoot at no additional cost.

Onsite Services:

A drone photography and videography appointment usually takes between 1-3 hours, depending on the services selected. We suggest our clients minimize the number of people on the property during the shoot and strongly advise against the booking of home-viewing appointments during our scheduled flights.

Delivery:

Virtual tours and images are usually available within 72 hours of the shoot. We edit and optimize all images and videos for quality before we deliver them to our clients. In the event that a client requests additional editing, extra fees may be charged, depending on the request. File transfers are conducted through cloud-based services including DropBox and Google Drive, among others. We are not a hosting service and are not responsible for the long term storage of files.

Privacy And Safety:

In the event that approval for drone flight is required from relevant authorities, we will prepare and submit an application on your behalf if notified in writing prior to the shoot. The approval time may vary significantly and as a client, you acknowledge it may affect lead times. You agree that we will not be liable in the event that you provide inaccurate or incomplete information. Unless specifically consented to in writing before the commencement of photography and videography services under this contract, we will supply all photo/video deliverables without getting model or property release forms. It is exclusively the accountability of the Client to acquire these kinds of permissions and to render the legitimate and moral conclusion whether or not to post photos if forms have not been received. We accept no responsibility in situations where supplied pictures are utilized by the Client without such a release and succeeding action is taken by persons or businesses against the Client. If the Client needs such permissions, we should always be informed in writing before we provide the services.
